Realising health-focused food solutions


To strengthen collaboration in food science and technology, NUSRI Suzhou, Nurasa (a Temasek-owned food tech company), and the NUS Department of Food Science and Technology jointly hosted the innovation dialogue "From Lab to Shelf: Scaling Next-Generation Food and Nutrition Solutions" in June 2025.

Held simultaneously in Suzhou and Singapore, the event brought together over 60 scholars and industry experts from NUS, multinational corporations, and research institutions to exchange insights on the future of the food tech industry.
