Enhancing Workplace Safety Awareness

In June, NUSRI Suzhou organised a Safety Day event to strengthen workplace safety awareness and emergency preparedness. Over 100 participants from administrative teams, research groups, and incubatees engaged in a comprehensive programme featuring three key components: laboratory safety drills, fire safety training, and immersive safety emergency responses. This integrated approach to safety training effectively combined theoretical knowledge with practical application, resulting in measurable improvements in participants’ safety competencies and emergency response capabilities. The initiative effectively enhanced the Institute’s organisational safety culture and safety management system.
