2014 Summer Academic Programme
National University of Singapore Research Institute (NUSRI) successfully concluded its 2014 Summer Academic Programme @ Suzhou on 2nd August 2014. This programme commenced on 22nd June 2014, and brought a total of 4 NUS students and 12 EDHEC students to China.
This is a 6-week programme in Suzhou for undergraduate and postgraduate students from the world in 2014 summer. Students had the opportunity to attend courses delivered by NUSRI. Through classroom lectures, discussions and outside-classroom reading/ research, students pursued knowledge with chosen academic foci. NUSRI offered three courses: Clean Energy and Storage, Business Analytics-Intelligent Decision Making with Data and International Marketing. A range of cultural activities and industry visits deepened their comprehensive understanding of the economy and culture in Asia, in particular the rising China.
In future, NUSRI will continue to develop more immersion programs for international students to enrich their life.
