Senior Director of Patents, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp. Board Member of China IC IP. Before returning to China, Dr. Shu worked in patent law firms for a number of years in California, USA. She did extensive research and development work in the area of fiber optics, optical imaging, and semiconductor process, at Stanford University, SRI, GE Research Labs, and Intel. She is a registered patent agent for USPTO. She graduated from Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Science and received her PhD in Physics from Columbia University.
