Boston university's office of technology transfer has helped propel the growth of more than 60 companies under his leadership.

At the same time he is also a professional license of technology transfer of expert, and served as the number of colleges and universities, institutions, director of the office of technology transfer (including harvard medical school affiliated Dana farber cancer institute and the American association of university technology managers (AUTM) chairman).

He earned an undergraduate degree in natural sciences from Oxford University and a master's degree in physical chemistry and a PhD.
