• NUS must be notified in writing of all cancellations and transfers. If you are admitted into a programme, but find that you are unable to attend, you have the following cancellation options:
• Cancellation / Postponement charge:
• After the closing date of application: 50% of applicable programme fee
• <30 days before programme start date: 100% of applicable programme fee
• "No-show on the first day of programme or after programme start date: 100% of applicable programme fee
• Qualified substitutes can replace participants who are unable to attend. Requests for substitutions must be made in writing.
• NUS reserves the right to postpone or cancel a programme by giving at least 30 days' notice.
