Dr. Li Qiushi is the China head of operations in InvitroCue Pte. Ltd.. Dr. Li undertakes a key role in the establishment of China Subsidiary and its central laboratory in Suzhou Industrial Park. Leading the operation of China Subsidiary, Dr. Li is also responsible for translating InvitroCue’s science and technology into industrial and clinical applications in China. Other responsibility includes marketing and managing key accounts in China.
He is appointed as Adjunct Principal Investigator by National University of Singapore Research Institute. Studying Oncology and Liver Regeneration with tissue-engineering and imaging approaches, he has published 7 peer-reviewed journal articles (average impact factor > 8) and filed 1 international patent. Dr. Li completed his Ph.D. in Mechanobiology Institute of National University of Singapore, granted by the scholarship from Research Centre of Excellence, supervised by Prof Hanry Yu in Lab of Cellular and Tissue Engineering. Dr. Li gained his Bachelor of Life Science in Tsinghua University, China.
Previously worked in Beijing ACCB Biotech Ltd., Dr. Li provided technical supports for the development of the cancer diagnostic kit based on the activity of Arylsulfatase, an enzyme highly involved in tumorigenesis. He optimized the protocols of the high-throughput quantitative PCR and improved the performance of the oncogene-screening service. He aslo participated in the establishment of the Standard Operating Procedure and acquired the first-hand experience of quality control.
